The Mules 2nds finished the season in style beating Aberavon Quins 2nds 18 - 13 in the final of the Enoch Lewis Cup played at Cae Gof, Cefn Cribwr.
The Mules played some excellent attacking rugby and they deserved the victory against a tenacious Quins outfit.
The Mules scored two outstanding tries, the first from veteran centre Rhodri 'Todger' Clarke who was on the shoulder of fly half Nicky Giles as he glided through a gap in the Quins midfield to give Todger a run in from 20 metres.
The second came on the counter attack with some classy interplay amongst the backs with strong running from Kyle Oram to see winger Dan Heatley running in from 30 metres to score in the corner.
Man of the Match was Mules youngster Lewis Rees, who gave a first class performance in attack and defence.
The victory saw the Mules celebrate the District League and Cup double - well done!
